Description:
The Son Bou Playa Apartments are situated in the lower flat area of the resort and surrounded by ample lawns and neighbour the poolside area of the Club San Jaime.
The apartments are either ground floor or first floor properties and have two double bedrooms to the rear of the property each. Both bedrooms are furnished pleasantly and have two twin beds in each.
The ground floor apartments have a south facing covered terrace and a rear covered patio and the first floor apartments have an open south facing terrace with a rear covered patio.
The integral fully fitted kitchen has an electric vitro ceramic hob (2 rings) and an oven; there is also a microwave, a fridge with freezer compartment, a toaster and kettle. There is crockery and kitchen utensils for four guests.
All the apartments have undergone a full refurbishment this winter and have central air conditioning and heating, plasma TV-SAT and a property safe.
The ground floor apartments have a south facing covered terrace and a rear covered patio and the first floor apartments have an open south facing terrace with a rear covered patio.
Just a short small stroll away there is a large communal pool and the Club San Jaime Restaurant and Square. Within this square you would normally locate a supermarket, a private medical centre, a scuba diving school, a bakery, a souvenir shop, a maze and water chute and the bus stop.
The main resort of Son Bou is about 300mts away and the beach some 600mts from the apartments.
